SF/DF/GF SWEET POTATOE BROWNIES
Packed with fiber, vitamin A, and antioxidants, these naturally sweetened brownies support digestion
INGREDIENTS
9-12 brownies
1 cooked + peeled sweet potato
2 eggs
¾ cup date syrup
6 tbsp flour (your choice!)
3 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
½ cup chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth—no clumps allowed.
Pour the batter into a lined baking dish or scoop it into a muffin tin for brownie bites.
Bake for 35–40 minutes. Don’t overbake—
they should look slightly underdone when you take them out.Let them cool. They’ll firm up into that perfect fudgy texture as they rest.
