DF HIGH-PROTEIN TUNA WRAP

Packed with lean protein, fiber, and healthy fats for steady energy and zero crash.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

  • 1 sheet roasted seaweed (nori)

  • 2 large butter lettuce leaves

  • 1 can tuna (in olive oil or water), drained

  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced

  • Squeeze of fresh lemon

  • sea salt to taste

  • Optional add ins: Dijon mustard, everything bagel seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes

DIRECTIONS

  • Place the nori sheet flat on a plate

  • Layer greens: Add butter lettuce leaves on top of the nori

  • Mix Tuna: In a bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, lemon juice, and salt

  • Assemble: Spoon tuna mixture over the lettuce. Top with sliced avocado.

  • Wrap: Fold like a burrito (slide in first, then roll tightly)

  • Slice and serve or eat open-faced for a sushi-style vibe
