DF HIGH-PROTEIN TUNA WRAP

INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
1 sheet roasted seaweed (nori)
2 large butter lettuce leaves
1 can tuna (in olive oil or water), drained
1/2 Avocado, sliced
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
Squeeze of fresh lemon
sea salt to taste
Optional add ins: Dijon mustard, everything bagel seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes
DIRECTIONS
Place the nori sheet flat on a plate
Layer greens: Add butter lettuce leaves on top of the nori
Mix Tuna: In a bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, lemon juice, and salt
Assemble: Spoon tuna mixture over the lettuce. Top with sliced avocado.
Wrap: Fold like a burrito (slide in first, then roll tightly)
Slice and serve or eat open-faced for a sushi-style vibe
